Want to hear a joke? The Atlanta Falcons

Can't argue with Tyler Hansbrough becomming the future player of the year. He steps up when he needs to and unlike Michael Beasley's Kansas St. team, He actually wins big games. Hansbrough does everything right and plays the game the way it should be played. As for Notre Dame, it's hard to see a team like them win. When they are on, they have one of the best offensive's in the country but there lack of a consistant defense, especially as of late and there awful non-conference scedule is going to kill them. Maybe a sweet 16 at best.

As for the joke, the Atlanta Falcons. Just saying it makes me laugh. Today there have been reports of the Falcons trading their best defensive player and argually one of the best cover corners in football, DeAngelo Hall to another joke team, the Oakland raiders for a mere second round draft pick. I can understand a bad team trying to get rid of big contracts and rebuild through the draft but DeAngelo Hall was a first round pick (8th overall) in 2004. He's not even in his prime yet and the Falcons are already giving up on an established pro. This team now has no face and no stars to build around. Michael Vick is a tremendous athlete but even he can't win games from prison. They Falcons also lost a guarenteed 1,000 rushing yards as well this offseason by getting rid of Warrick Dunn. Another missed face of the franchise, Alge Crumpler signed with Tennessee this offseason. Who is going to lead the Falcons next year? Bobby Petrino didn't abandon the Falcons last year, he clearly took a promotion by going back to the NCAA at Arkansas. As for the Oakland Raiders, congradulations on building your already decent defense, while the future of your team looks like Jared from subway, before he lost all his weight.
