Driving Under The Influence...

The only thing worse than you being wrong all the time B Shea is that when your wrong because of your bias towards Boston Athletics. David Ortiz will bat .300, have 35 HR's, and drive in 130RBI's. Are you out of your mind. Papi will come out of his slump, but won't be what we are used to seeing. He will go .274 with 27 home runs and 106 RBI's. Fortunatly Manny is actually hitting the ball in April for the first time in years, or this team would be in serious trouble. It was also good to see alien face finally score. He will be very important in the post season but the X-factor is still Rondo.

Today Carmelo Anthony, small forward for the Denver Nuggets was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. It's four in the morning, your team just made the postseaon, and you had your worst game of the season. I'm going to bet he had been drinking too! Fortunatly no one was hurt, except his reputation. What bothers me is that he is going to get away from this without any scratches. The NFL is cracking down on things like this and I would love David Stern, commisioner of the NBA to do something. The DUI is all to familiar and is becomming a norm for professional athletes. I am sick of the athletes always getting away with this crime because they have money. Even as far back as the early 90's athletes were getting away with DUI and alcohol related accidents. All I am really trying to say is that I hope David Stern man's up like he has done with so many other things and actually comes up with a punishment.

As for tonight, Bruins win again, this time in regulation 5-2...
